What we collect

The partner inquiry form stores your camp name, work email, camp website, service area, consent time, the page submitted from and a broad acquisition source such as search or referral. Please do not send information about children or families.

Why we collect it

We use these details to assess camp fit, respond to your inquiry and contact you about sponsorship availability. The form does not subscribe you to a general newsletter, reserve inventory or collect payment. No automatic confirmation email is sent.

Measurement and security

We count page visits, builder opens, calculator use, calendar downloads and accepted inquiries by page and broad source. These are aggregate activity counts, not unique-person or enrollment measurements. We do not install advertising pixels on this portal. Optional activity counting respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Session storage remembers broad source and prevents repeated activity counts within a tab. The builder separately saves drafts in local storage and uses a secure session cookie for demonstration reservations. A daily salted IP hash limits abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in our inquiry database. Cloudflare processes requests to host and secure this site.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are removed from our live store after 180 days unless you submit a fresh inquiry. Aggregate activity counts are kept for 180 days, and abuse counters for up to two days. Infrastructure recovery copies may persist for up to 30 additional days. Email info@humanr.ai to request deletion or stop inquiry follow-up. Include the email address you used.
